DESCRIPTION
MP Lighting is looking for a full-time, permanent Marketing Coordinator to be in charge of our marketing initiatives, to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to stay on top of different priorities and communicate well with different departments. You will also be willing to learn more about architectural lighting products.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Coordinate a team of graphic designer, 3D artist and web developer to ensure product information is up to date on the company website and marketing materials.
Manage company online presence: website, social media channels and other relevant platforms.
Act as the point of contact for all internal and external marketing-related requests.
Plan and organize marketing materials, supplies and merchandise.
Update project portfolio on website and other platforms such as Archello and Sourcery.
Manage news about product and company through blog posts, newsletters.
Assist with tradeshow preparation within and outside North America, including online profiles, print materials and other related requests.
Provide requested support to the sales team.
Implement SEO strategies using Moz

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1-3 years of marketing experience.
Good communication skills.
Excellent copy writing skills.
Attention to details.
Good problem solving skills.
Having the below will be an asset:
Experience with WordPress is a big plus.
Experience in working with different departments and coordinating product information.
Experience in coordinating tradeshow and other types of events.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing (social media, email marketing, SEO).
Experience in Google Analytics and other reporting platforms and producing marketing reports.
Experience of or ability to learn marketing and project management software.
Experience with lighting designers, architects, engineers and construction clientele.
