You're a creative, proactive, and data-informed marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment. You excel in running a growing Shopify store and possess hands-on experience executing marketing tasks. You are a team player with a good eye for photography/videography and a talent for storytelling through visual content. You are great at reviewing basic marketing data and adjusting to maximize your effort. To sum up: you're good at photography, videography, social media and design. While an interest in crystals, minerals, home décor or jewelry is not required, it’s certainly a bonus.
The Opportunity:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the engine powering our digital marketing efforts. You'll primarily spend your time managing our e-commerce store. That will involve photographing and filming products adding them to our site. You'll help drive people to the store through email marketing campaigns that you'll design and send and social media campaigns you'll help devise, film, edit and schedule. You'll help optimize your efforts through basic data review and analysis. The role will also help with the design of print and digital ads. This position offers the chance for ample hands-on learning and will directly influence our brand's growth. You’ll become a pivotal figure in our marketing efforts under the guidance of our leadership team.

What You’ll Do:
E-commerce Store Management: Ensure our website is consistently updated with the latest products, optimized for user experience, sales, and search engines.
Online Order Fulfillment: occasionally pick, pack, and ship online orders, gaining a full understanding of client's journey.
Photography, Videography and Content Creation: Craft high-quality visual content, including product photography and social media videography that showcase our offering. Edit using tools like Photoshop and Canva.
Social Media Management: Schedule and monitor our posts. Implement strategies to enhance engagement and increase followers across our social media platforms.
Email Marketing Management: Create compelling email campaigns that effectively communicate with our customer base and drive conversions.
Analytics and Optimization: Use data to measure the impact of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Must-Haves in a Candidate:
Proven ability to manage an e-commerce store and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Experience in graphic design, photography, videography, and content creation - you must be creative to succeed in this role.
Ability to convincingly Photoshop product images into environments.
Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Proficiency using analytics tools to adapt and optimize marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce compelling written and visual content.
Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A creative knack for storytelling and an eye for design.
Nice to Have in a Candidate:
Experience with e-commerce platforms (we can provide training in our particular platform, but experience is a plus).
Experience using Canva, Photoshop, Google Workspace.
Passionate about home décor, art, and natural products.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.
