Job Description

Full job description
Dexus (ASX: DXS) is a leading Australasian fully integrated real asset group, managing a high-quality Australasian real estate and infrastructure portfolio valued at $50.1 billion. We believe that the strength and quality of our relationships will always be central to our success and are deeply connected to our purpose: Unlock potential, create tomorrow.
The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for an organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced Marketing Team for a 12 month fixed term parental leave cover. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly—whether it’s helping with meetings, supporting campaigns, or making sure reports and travel plans are sorted. If you love variety and enjoy being part of a collaborative team, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
Keeping the team on track – Help with diary management, setting up meetings (including video calls), coordinating events, and making sure everyone’s where they need to be.
Supporting campaigns – Help with marketing initiatives that connect with and retain our customers.
Sorting travel plans – Book travel and accommodation in line with company policy.
Document management – Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials with a sharp eye for detail and formatting.
Admin essentials – Reconcile expenses, process invoices, manage mail and couriers, and help the team navigate internal systems like Yardi and industry portals.
About You
You’re someone who thrives in a busy team environment, loves keeping things organised, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to everything you do. You’re confident working with people at all levels, happy to take initiative, and always ready to lend a hand. You’re also great at juggling multiple tasks and keeping an eye on the details—even when things get hectic.
What You’ll Bring
Admin experience – You’ve worked in admin or team assistant roles, supporting multiple people and managing competing priorities under pressure.
Communication & organisation – You’re a strong communicator (written and verbal), super organised, and flexible in how you approach tasks.
Initiative & ownership – You’re comfortable working independently and taking full responsibility for getting things done.
Stakeholder confidence – You know how to build relationships and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Tech skills – You’re confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ideally have experience in corporate or property environments (bonus, but not essential).
