Kind Lending is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support both our Retail and Wholesale channels. This role is fast-paced and collaborative, with a unique focus on project intake and management - you’ll be one of the first touchpoints for our sales teams, helping route requests, build projects, and keep workflows running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Intake & Workflow Management
Serve as the first point of contact for marketing requests from both channels.
Intake, organize, and build out projects in the project management system; assign tasks and track progress.
Partner with sales teams to deliver a polished and responsive experience.
Marketing Operations & CRM Support
Assist with campaign coordination, reporting, CRM upkeep, and general marketing administration.
Support data collection for KPI reporting by obtaining input data from multiple sources, including exporting and organizing CSV files.
Social Media & Content Creation
Help create, schedule, and publish social content aligned with brand goals.
Support copywriting for social, email, events, and promotional materials.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with internal teams and leadership to ensure projects and marketing initiatives are executed smoothly.
Event & Asset Support
Assist with packaging materials, preparing event assets, supporting booth setups, and capturing event content.
Maintain marketing assets, templates, and documentation.
Kind Culture and Employee Engagement
Support internal culture programs, including Fun Council activities and company-wide engagement initiatives
Support internal communications by sending Marketing broadcast emails to internal teams and/or posting approved materials and updates on Kind's internal website.
Help coordinate timelines, audiences, and basic formatting to ensure internal messages and resources are shared clearly and consistently.
Qualifications:
Mortgage industry experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent writing and communication abilities.
Experience with social media management and content creation.
Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Pay Disclosure:
The starting base pay range for this position is $23.00/hr. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
