ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a creative, resourceful Marketing Coordinator to shape how Wiser Community shows up across every brand touchpoint: Instagram, website, and email.
This is a casual role (8-10 hours/week) with a clear pathway to full-time for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.
This isn't just a marketing gig. You'll be working directly alongside the founder, learning the inner workings of a purpose-driven brand from the ground up. You'll be contributing to something that genuinely changes people's lives, and you'll see that impact firsthand. We're looking for someone who sees this as more than a role, someone who wants to be part of building something meaningful.

YOUR TASKS:
Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy across Instagram, website, and email that reflects the Wiser Community brand and mission
Plan, create, and schedule Instagram content (Reels, carousels, Stories, static posts) and maintain a consistent content calendar
Help design visually compelling graphics using tools like Canva, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
Create and manage email campaigns
Keep website content fresh, relevant, and aligned with current campaigns and messaging
Actively engage with our community through comments, DMs, and Story interactions to build genuine connection
Monitor trends, audience insights, and performance metrics across all channels, sharing regular updates with recommendations for growth
