Our Bangalore branch is located at Prestige Meridian on MG Road, and we are urgently looking for a motivated, new colleague who is passionate about building our nation with German technology by supporting the senior management as a Marketing Coordinator.

Responsibilities
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will report directly to the Managing Director and Regional Director of VDMA India, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
• Organizing online and offline events
• Preparing regular market reports and newsletters
• Crafting and sending promotional emails to industry stakeholders
• Interacting with senior industry leaders from around the world
• Planning and organizing promotional presentations
• Using Canva to design basic invitations and flyers as needed
• Deploying marketing automation software tools to orchestrate activities such as email campaigns, events, etc.
• Constantly exploring opportunities to add value to the role and organization
Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline (preferably marketing-related)
• 1-2 years of experience in a related role preferred
• Excellent command over written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Adept at Canva for basic design needs
• Already comfortable with or eager to learn how to use CRM and marketing automation tools similar to HubSpot, Zoho, etc. to streamline organizational activities and drive efficiency
• Ability to organize data, multi-task, and prioritize
It is imperative to note:
• While working from home may occasionally be permitted, this role is on-site at our office on MG Road, where you will be required to work from +:30 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday. However, we're looking for someone with the flexibility and willingness to put in extra time when needed. Some events take place in the evenings outside of normal business hours, so we are looking for someone reliable who can be there to support our team.
• We are a not-for-profit organization and, at this time, unable to support any relocation assistance. Thus, preference will be given to applicants residing in Bangalore who can independently commute to the office regularly. If you are from outside Bangalore, you must be willing to relocate at your own expense, and be able to do so as immediately as possible since we are looking to fill this position soon.
