The role:
Focused on delivering the growth aspirations for the UK Skincare Portfolio (Bondi Sands, Bioré & Curél), reporting to the Marketing Manager for Bondi Sands (with a dotted line into the KAO Skincare Senior Brand Manager), the role offers great opportunities for exposure and growth across the full marketing mix in the UK’s leading Health & Beauty retailers, including working across campaign launches, leading departmental reporting and supporting the team on all touch points across brand communication plans for KAO UK. Working closely with different functions at local, EMEA and global levels, the Marketing Co-Ordinator will work on tailored campaign execution for each brand, regular data analysis, as well as supporting the team on facilitating full 360 campaign delivery.
What you will do:
• Assist UK Brand Marketing teams with artwork briefing for local campaign assets and POS (Bondi Sands only) when required, working with Global creative to receive required assets/artwork on time and fit for purpose
• Support Brand Marketing team with monthly and post campaign reporting
• Support Brand Marketing team with general department admin, including raising invoices, conducting competitor analysis, maintaining Brand asset banks, stock orders etc.
• Work closely with UK & EMEA Sales team to execute retailer marketing requests and support in strategy days/events.
• Feed in to team seasonal planning and strategy sessions, putting forward brand appropriate and innovative ideas across all ranges
What you will need:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent, Brand Communications or Public Relations (or similar)
• Minimum of 18 months in Marketing Assistant/Co-ordinator (or similar role).
• Previous experience within UK Beauty sector preferable, plus experience with working across key UK retailers such as Boots, Superdrug, Tesco etc.
• Experience in Creative briefing and managing departmental reporting
• Strong written skills
• Experience with working with Microsoft Office programmes (Excel, Powerpoint etc)
• Creative briefing experience preferable
• Reporting and analysis skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Eligible for travel if required
