Job Introduction
The Marketing Coordinator will work with the USA Marketing team to manage processing Purchase Orders and oversee compliance of purchasing controls.
Main Responsibility
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing Purchase Orders and Vendor / Accounts Receivable for the USA Marketing team. Main responsibilities will include inputting POs and goods receipts into IFS systems, and overseeing approvals to ensure goods and services are approved before delivered. The role also supports the team with vendor and accounts receivable management, as well as ad hoc requests. On a monthly basis, the Marketing Coordinator will prepare reports on PO compliance and PO spend analysis.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, as this role requires management of the entire purchase order process and following up with internal and external stakeholders on outstanding items. Attention to detail, purchase order experience, payment processing, and excel skills are all essential requirements. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. The salary range for this role, based out of the NYC office, is $71,000 - $80,000.
