Responsibilities
• Assist and coordinate the work for US Strategic Growth Team
• Assist Senior Marketing Manager in recruitment for iCRC Strategic Growth Team
• Regularly perform QA/QC checks on work and ensure quality standards for deliverables
• Supervise and support the proposal process and coordination of submission materials
• Research, gather, and edit proposal materials, including writing, verifying, and formatting proposal information; ensure the various aspects of proposals and other marketing materials are compliant, accurate, high-quality, and delivered on time
• Assist with managing, monitoring, and maintaining the proposal database, files, and systems through appropriate information management systems
• Assist US Strategic Growth Team with documents for process improvements
• Support internal correspondence and other memoranda as required
• Other duties as assigned by Senior Marketing Manager
Key Competencies / Skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience in proposal development and coordination in a similar environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – including attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit material, as well as an aptitude for understanding technical terminology
• Strong computer skills: proficiency in MS office suite and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop, is an asset
• Ability to follow directions and perform tasks consistently without continual supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and with the minimal supervision
• A self-motivated team member who demonstrates initiative to go above and beyond the task at hand and can effectively multitask
• Flexibility to work overtime and/or a modified schedule to help the team meet proposal deadlines as required
• Experience in engineering consultancy preferred
