Job Description:
Make cold calls and bring business to the company
Using a variety of marketing strategies, including kiosk events, presentations, and door-to-door canvassing, you will drive the sale of Fleet manpower to potential clients in a similar industry.
Build and maintain positive relationships with various potential clients and customers and deliver best-in-class customer experience as a representative of the firm.
Facilitate workshops that will prepare the marketing team to market themselves to potential clients to find and maintain employment
Develop and maintain positive relationships with organizations and partners to generate appropriate referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with public and private sector employers in order to meet fleet manpower services and clients and place candidates in jobs
Maintain active case files including all files, and record management responsibilities
Willing to work in a team environment and goes well in the similar setting
Meet monthly statistical requirements and maintain professional and efficient information tracking reports of all activities performed
Participate fully and responsibly as an equal team member of a recruitment consulting team
Perform other duties as assigned
The duty is phone call marketing to selected customers during weekdays / during working hours from our office.
Keeping client discussion data/memos as per company format.
Setting up meetings with potential clients.
Doing admin work
Requirements:
We’re looking for aspiring and inspiring people that consistently overachieve.
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience with excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and self-management skills to work effectively with clients, co-workers, outside agencies, and employers
Thorough knowledge of all facets of job search and career development including a complete understanding of labor market trends
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Marketing and basic calling experience.
