What You'll Do
Fuel our digital presence – monitor reviews, support social media campaigns, and help manage location visibility across Google, Bing, and Facebook.
Make events memorable – coordinate logistics for trade shows, schedule promotional campaigns, and ensure a seamless brand experience on site.
Keep our brand sharp – manage promotional merchandise, assist with creative development, and ensure materials reflect our voice and vision.
Support the team – maintain internal databases, create forms, post updates on our intranet and website, and handle administrative tasks that keep us running smoothly.
Collaborate every day – work closely with our Marketing Manager and Social Media Coordinator to make sure everything we say and share reflects Cole’s values.
What You'll Bring
A diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Business (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
Excellent verbal and written communication
Eye for design and detail—you keep things on-brand and on-point
Familiarity with tools like Google Business, Canva, Animoto, HubSpot, and ClickUp is a plus
A collaborative spirit and creative mindset—you’re always looking for a better way to do things
