Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and follow up on the activities of marketing executives and specialists.
Supervise and ensure that marketing requests from different departments are completed on time and through the marketing management system.
Create and manage activity schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
Review weekly activity reports and develop action plans to prioritize tasks and resolve issues.
Optimize resources and authorize costs within approved budgets.
Review vendor quotes and support negotiations with suppliers.
Analyze cost structures, negotiations, and trade agreements to support decision-making.
Attend and support internal meetings to resolve operational and strategic issues.
Prepare documentation for vendor payments.
Develop marketing strategies and propose process improvements.
Coordinate high-impact marketing strategies and lead generation events.
Oversee the logistics, implementation, and performance tracking of marketing initiatives.
Supervise event setups, activations, and promotional activities, ensuring quality, timing, and budget compliance.
Manage and evaluate team performance and provide ongoing feedback.
Support team members, resolve conflicts, and promote effective communication.
Manage staff incidents, time tracking, vacations, and permissions.
Participate in candidate interviews and onboarding processes.
Coordinate corporate and social events from planning through execution.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (required).
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Supervisor role.
Proven experience managing marketing teams and coordinating events.
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office proficiency (Intermediate Excel required).
Team management experience.
Event planning and execution.
