About the Role
Jinding is seeking a capable and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our Development division. This position is responsible for supporting the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple residential projects. The successful candidate will have a strong grounding in marketing principles and a keen understanding of the property development landscape.

Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing, you’ll be responsible to:

Deliver marketing activities across digital, social, PR, events and media
Support development of content that aligns with brand and project objectives
Provide channel-level reporting and insights to inform strategy
Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and sales teams to ensure consistent execution
Coordinate on-brand marketing materials, events and budget administration
Description:
To be successful in this role you need:
Marketing (or related) Bachelors Degree
2-3 years experience in property marketing or a similar built-form sector
Full-time office availability (Collins Street HQ)
Strong understanding of contemporary marketing principles
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Desire to grow and evolve in a supportive team environment
Demonstrated initiative and reliability
