Job Summary:
Madha is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to manage and grow the rental flat segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective tenants, promoting available flats, and closing rental deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction and occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market rental flats across digital platforms, local advertising, and property listing websites
Generate leads through field visits, online campaigns, partnerships, and referrals
Conduct property showings for potential tenants and explain key features, amenities, pricing, and terms
Maintain an up-to-date database of vacant flats and coordinate with the property management team
Negotiate rental terms and assist in the agreement process
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing tenants
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, banners, online ads, and social media content
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to suggest improvements
Track daily inquiries, walk-ins, and conversions and submit regular reports to the manager

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
