Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, and print.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve results.
Collaborate with operations team to create compelling graphics and promotional materials using Canva
Manage social media Ads campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic to our website.
Assist with SEO optimization on the organization's website
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Qualifications
Currently registered in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Candidate must be between 15-3o yrs of age according to Canada Summer Jobs program
Proficiency in analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting.
Experience with graphic design software, particularly Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO best practices, editing content for YouTube and Spotify
Familiarity with CRM HubSpot for email marketing
A basic understanding of HTML for website content management is desirable.
Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with the Operations team and independently
