This exciting role enables you to work alongside our beautiful product in our studio based in vibrant Surry Hills, Sydney.

About the role :

As Marketing Coordinator you will be assisting to execute all digital and brand marketing assets to meet exciting growth goals. Driving customer conversion and planning & executing viral content across all marketing platforms in our business. You will be coordinating all aspects of our brand communication strategy, successfully driving growth in brand awareness & customer acquisition.

You will be assisting with Influencer outreach and product coordination and driving the effective optimisation of all organic digital advertising and promotional activity to deliver return on investment, creating consistency across all communication touch points in line with brand identity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and post engaging content for various digital platforms in a timely manner, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and our website
Curate our Instagram feed to ensure a top-quality, highly engaging grid, enhances trade across our various regions, and supports other marketing initiatives
Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, social media trends, and digital content best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams, to produce visually appealing content in line with our brand to drive engagement and followers on all socials
Generate ideas and initiatives to collaborate with aligned brands for competitions and giveaways
Source and build on our database of influences local and International that can align with aesthetic to drive growth, sales, engagement and increase brand awareness
Work with Influencers/ stylists on product requests in a timely manner to ensure a successful post of product on social media
Conduct research to understand our target audience and tailor content to their interests and preferences.
Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely delivery of content
Ensure continual platform engagement with responding to comments, DM’s and interacting with all posts across all social channels fostering positive relationships with followers and influencers
Track and analyse social media and marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement to future content
Creating EDM’s for sales managers and online Ecommerce using Klaviyo
Audience set up and asset refinement for distribution through paid and organic channels
Assisting with managing the showroom
Oversee and assign work to Interns
Our ideal candidate will have:

2- 3 years social media experience
Experience with brands in the fashion industry advantageous
Solid contemporary knowledge of digital tools, platforms and channels and a good understanding of technology management
Demonstrated strong graphic design skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet the department objectives
Excellent communication skills, confidence and ability to interact with Influencers, stylists and external community
Proven experience driving social media growth
Good creative eye for branding & bringing the brands vision to life
Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
Adobe Suite skills eg/ Photoshop, Illustrator & indesign or Canva is essential
Degree or certification in Graphic Design or Marketing desirable
