Job Description:

Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
Coordinate with the content team to create compelling email content and graphics.
Monitor email campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

App Marketing (WA Marketing):
Utilize WhatsApp as a marketing channel to reach and engage with target audiences.
Develop and implement WhatsApp marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
Coordinate with the creative team to design visually appealing and engaging WhatsApp messages.

Lead Generation and Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors.
Generate leads through various channels such as online platforms, events, and partnerships.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and conversion.

Content Coordination:

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media content, website copy, and promotional materials.
Ensure content consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Assist in creating and maintaining a content calendar for timely and consistent content delivery.

Media Team Management:
Manage and collaborate with the media team, including graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and content creators.
Provide guidance and feedback to ensure the production of high-quality marketing materials.
Coordinate project timelines, assignments, and deliverables with the media team.

Merchandising:
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, product guides, and presentations.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and on-brand marketing collateral.

Marketing Reports and Strategy:
Prepare regular marketing reports to track performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns based on market research and analysis.

Requirements:
Previous experience in marketing or related roles, with a strong interest in media and marketing trends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing strategies and best practices.
Strong research and analytical skills to conduct market research and analyze data.
Experience in coordinating content creation across multiple channels.
Ability to manage and coordinate a team, ensuring effective collaboration and timely deliverables.
Knowledge of graphic design, videography, and photography principles is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
