Job description
One of our clients — a leading IT services brand — is looking for a Marketing / Creative Copy & Content Writer to join their team on a contractual basis. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager (based in Pune), functioning as her right-hand support across internal marketing initiatives and campaigns. If you’re a versatile content professional who can blend creativity with strategic execution, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
Marketing Coordination & Campaign Management
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information, insights, and inputs for various marketing deliverables.
• Partner with marketing manager to manage campaign workflows, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee campaign execution, including posting, scheduling, and tracking engagement across platforms.
Copy & Content Development
• Draft high-quality content for:
• Mailers and newsletters
• Case studies and sales decks
• Video scripts and promotional content
• LinkedIn posts and other social media communication
• Ensure messaging is clear, persuasive, and aligned with brand voice and tone.
• Bring in a strategic thought process and point of view to enhance campaign narratives.
Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with designers and creative teams to develop visually engaging marketing collaterals.
• Translate content ideas into creative briefs and guide design alignment.
Distribution & Engagement
• Drive content distribution and engagement across LinkedIn, internal mailers, and company portals.
• Support the creation and rollout of internal and external marketing campaigns that drive visibility and participation.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Liaise with internal teams to manage deliverables and approvals.
• Act as a bridge between marketing, creative, and digital functions.
• Support marketing manager on an ongoing basis for all marketing-related tasks and initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 5–8 years in marketing, copywriting, or content strategy roles.
• Industry Exposure: Tech, IT Services, SaaS, or B2B marketing experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong grasp of brand communication, digital marketing, and LinkedIn-led campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Location Preference:
• Pune-based candidates preferred (expected to be in office at least 3 times a week; 5 days preferred).
• Mumbai–Pune region talent may also be considered if willing to travel to Pune as required.
Engagement Details:
• Model: Contractual
• Start Date: Immediate / At the earliest
• Duration: Initially 1 month (extendable up to 6 months or longer based on performance and mutual comfort)
• Working Model: 5 days in office
