Responsibilities
This role will involve coordinating corporate events, managing online marketing, and ensuring customers and vendors have an excellent experience with our company
Collaborate with sales reps and business development managers to identify marketing opportunities for improving brand awareness, generating leads, and driving revenue in their markets
Ensure timely importation, tagging, and handoff of generated leads to the appropriate teams for follow-up
Manage pre- and post-event email communication, gathering essential information for digital campaigns, social media, and related literature
Plan and schedule social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Assist in creating written, video, and image content for marketing channels using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Evaluate, plan, coordinate logistics, and promote events including annual meetings, trade shows, sponsored events, and Earthtones hosted events
Manage event budgets, handle trade show materials, and track post-event metrics
Support management of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee management
Track trade show resource allocation and maintain inventory of trade show items
Coordinate and execute the collection, distribution, and setup of materials for company events and tradeshows
Create compelling event materials, such as invitations, agendas, graphics, and presentations

Key Responsibilities:
