Milo & Dexter is a Canadian apparel brand dedicated to producing timeless garments made entirely in Canada. Rooted in Montréal and working with farms, mills, and manufacturers across the country, the brand focuses on classic silhouettes, responsible production, and a farm-to-garment approach to textiles.

We are looking for a part-time Marketing & Creative Specialist to help shape and communicate the brand’s visual identity, storytelling, and partnerships. This role combines marketing execution with creative direction, helping guide how the brand is presented across digital platforms, campaigns, and collaborations.

This position is ideal for someone who appreciates heritage brands, thoughtful design, and meaningful brand partnerships.

Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Art Direction

Help guide the visual presentation of the brand across campaigns, digital platforms, and marketing materials
Participate in creative direction for product photography, campaign shoots, and editorial storytelling
Ensure visual consistency across website, social media, and marketing assets
Collaborate with photographers, designers, and creative partners
Content & Brand Storytelling

Develop and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and others)
Assist in crafting narratives around materials, manufacturing, and Canadian production
Support storytelling around product launches, collections, and brand initiatives
Partnerships & Collaborations

Identify and develop partnerships with retailers, creatives, and aligned brands
Coordinate collaborative projects, campaigns, and brand activations
Support outreach and relationship management with partners and collaborators
Assist with partnership marketing and cross-brand storytelling
Digital Marketing

Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Maintain marketing calendars and campaign planning
Assist with website updates and product launches
Analytics & Optimization

Track campaign performance and audience engagement
Provide insights on brand growth and marketing performance
Support ongoing improvements to marketing strategy
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Fashion, or a related field (completed or currently in progress)
Strong interest in fashion, textiles, design, or heritage brands
Strong sense of visual storytelling and brand identity
Ability to manage projects and partnerships independently
Excellent writing and communication skills
Bonus experience:

Photography or art direction
Shopify or ecommerce platforms
Email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
Experience working with brand collaborations or partnerships

Nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste marketing et création à temps partiel pour contribuer à façonner et à communiquer l'identité visuelle, le récit et les partenariats de la marque. Ce rôle combine la mise en œuvre marketing et la direction créative, et permet d'orienter la présence de la marque sur les plateformes numériques, les campagnes et les collaborations.

Ce poste est idéal pour une personne qui apprécie les marques patrimoniales, le design soigné et les partenariats de marque significatifs. Responsabilités

Direction artistique et créative

Contribuer à définir la présentation visuelle de la marque pour les campagnes, les plateformes numériques et les supports marketing.

Participer à la direction créative des photos de produits, des shootings publicitaires et des contenus éditoriaux.

Garantir la cohérence visuelle du site web, des réseaux sociaux et des supports marketing.

Collaborer avec les photographes, les designers et les partenaires créatifs.

Contenu et storytelling de marque

Développer et gérer le contenu sur les réseaux sociaux (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Contribuer à l'élaboration de récits autour des matériaux, de la fabrication et de la production canadienne.

Soutenir le storytelling lors des lancements de produits, des collections et des initiatives de la marque.

Partenariats et collaborations

Identifier et développer des partenariats avec les détaillants, les créatifs et les marques partenaires.

Coordonner les projets collaboratifs, les campagnes et les activations de marque.

Gérer les relations avec les partenaires et les collaborateurs.

Contribuer au marketing de partenariat et au storytelling inter-marques.

Marketing numérique

Soutenir les campagnes d'emailing et les newsletters.

Gérer les calendriers marketing et la planification des campagnes.

Contribuer aux mises à jour du site web et aux lancements de produits.

Analyse et optimisation

Suivi des performances Analyse de la performance des campagnes et de l'engagement du public

Fournir des analyses sur la croissance de la marque et la performance marketing

Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la stratégie marketing

Qualifications

Maîtrise en marketing, communications, gestion de marque, mode ou domaine connexe (obtenue ou en cours)

Fort intérêt pour la mode, le textile, le design ou les marques patrimoniales

Solide sens du storytelling visuel et de l'identité de marque

Capacité à gérer des projets et des partenariats de façon autonome

Excellentes aptitudes rédactionnelles et de communication
