You will be at the heart of our marketing magic and assistance with our client relationships. This role is a perfect blend of creativity and organization—helping us boost Mr Swirl’s online presence.
What You’ll Do:
Marketing Fun:
Develop and execute digital engagement strategies
Create and launch exciting marketing campaigns across Google, social media, emails, events, and more!
Execute captivating content and keep our presence fresh and engaging, including social media and website updates.
Dive into market trends and keep an eye on the competition to fuel our strategies.
Plan and coordinate fun promotional events to spread the word about Mr Swirl!
Measure and maintain accurate records of customer engagement and conversions
Office Duties:
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Be the friendly voice on the phone and respond to online inquiries like a pro.
Organize and coordinate appointments and projects.
Point of contact for customer resolutions
Drive job closure and success rate
What You Bring:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven skills in marketing and office management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A solid understanding of SEO and web development.
Proficiency in marketing software (think CRM and social media tools).
Skills in software like Divi Elegant, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and WordPress.
An ability to juggle tasks and prioritize in our fast-paced world.
A knack for working independently while also taking direction.
Top-notch organizational skills and an eye for detail!
