Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Customer Support Executive located in Hyderabad. The Marketing & Customer Support Executive will be responsible for,
• Creating and scheduling targeted email campaigns
• Managing and scheduling digital flyers and promotions
• Optimizing campaign performance and engagement
• Collaborating with the team to enhance brand visibility
• Providing customer support
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Providing online support, customer service, and technical support on a day-to-day basis
Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years experience
• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills—works well across departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
• Experience in marketing or customer support roles is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field is a plus
