Job title: Marketing Data Analyst Internship in Noida at Organiko- Beautifying Life

Job description: About Organiko- Beautifying Life Organiko is a social enterprise creating a livelihood for donkey owners by utilizing their existing untapped resource i.e. donkey's milk to make natural skincare products. Donkey milk proved a remedy for all age groups and skin types as it has high levels of proteins, phospholipids, and ceramides which help to regenerate skin. Organiko is a first mover in this industry. We are a company offering natural products which are high in quality. Organiko doesn't just provide natural skincare products to its customers but is also improving the rural economy by uplifting donkey owners. A by-product of this is also the good care and proper nutrition donkeys receive since they've become assets restoring their original life expectancy from 6-8 years to 25-30 years. The owners who were merely earning 200-300 rupees a day, now earn somewhere between 800-1000 rupees a day at the rate of 2000 rupees/liter of donkey milk which enables them to provide for their family and educate their children. Measure ROI of online campaigns 3. Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, social media engagement, and social media scheduling 4. Monitor the performance of paid ad campaigns 5. Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data 6. Work on website and campaign optimizations 7. Work closely to identify opportunities for new customer acquisition 8. Track marketing costs, research consumer behavior 10.
