Job Description: Fairfest Media Limited, the organizer of OTM, TTF, Municipalika and BLTM is an established leader in trade shows in India, with clients from over 60 countries. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing & Data Associate to join our events company. As a Marketing & Data Associate, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing event-related data as well as marketing analytics to support decision-making, event planning, and marketing efforts. Roles and responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and manage event-related data and marketing-related data, including website traffic, email marketing metrics, digital advertising performance, attendee lists, registration data, and surveys. • Analyze and interpret event-related data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement • Create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal stakeholders • Collaborate with the event planning and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations for event planning, marketing campaigns, and attendee engagement • Conduct research and gather data on industry trends, competitor events, and emerging technologies to inform event planning and marketing strategies • Ensure that event-related data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data privacy regulations • Support the development and implementation of data-driven processes and systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of event planning and marketing efforts • Create reports and dashboards to communicate marketing KPIs to internal stakeholders • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide data-driven recommendations for marketing campaigns, content creation, and audience targeting Qualification: • Passion or background in data, marketing, travel and/or events! • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as data science, statistics, business analytics, or marketing • 1-3 years of experience in data management, analysis, and visualization, with a focus on marketing analytics • Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
