Description:
We are seeking a collaborative and creative individual to focus on interior design and showroom assistance. In this entry-level role, you will work under the guidance of our Brand Manager and VP of Design. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with a well-established home decor/furniture brand.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Brand Manager and VP of Design with general design and marketing tasks, brand outreach and special consumer projects
• Create PowerPoint presentations to convey design concepts while ensuring brand consistency
• Assist with purchase orders with our vendors (art, rugs, accessories)
Qualifications:
• Interior Design degree or internship (preferred)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Teams)
• Ability to handle a variety of multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environment
• Eagerness to learn, take direction and grown within a creative team
Preferred Skills:
• Basic knowledge in AutoCAD a plus
• Basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
• Experience in home furnishings, furniture showrooms and/or interior design a plus
