The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, development, and other internal teams to support overall business goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role, ideally within the real estate or related industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and real estate market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyse data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
