Key Responsible Area (Sales Executive)
Present, promote and sales /services using creative conversation to prospective customersPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needsEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsReach out to customer leads through cold callingA sales professional ideally should spend his maximum time in field to achieve targets in the best possible way.Maintain detailed knowledge of ACME’s sales and servicesCollect market intelligence and analyze competitorsExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsAnalyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reportsService management with reports on customer needs problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new sales and services.If you have promised someone to meet at 5pm, make sure you are there at the desired venue at 4.45 pm sharp.
