• Event folder prep
• Managing event guest listAssist with loading, transporting, and carrying equipment and supplies. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Responsible for equipment setup and take-down including speaker, projector, presentation screen, standing banners, AV, and any other equipment needs at different venues
• Available to prep and pack event materials in office as needed
• Ability to provide own transportation to various locations and attend every event needed from 3:30 pm to +:00 pm. This is a part-time position requiring approximately two to four evenings per month. All weekends and holidays off. Approx. 25-40 hours per MONTH
• Must be flexible as event dates may vary on weekday evenings.
• Ability to follow direction and complete any other requested tasks necessary to ensure the events run smoothly
• Strong work ethic and ability to function well in a team setting
• Outgoing personality and willingness to provide exceptional customer service to all event attendees
