WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The position of Marketing Event Coordinator is responsible for coordinating our busy and exciting calendar of events both physical and online in the UK and Ireland. From international trade shows to our own conference and partner events Axis participate in a number of different events both face to face and virtual, this exciting role will take the lead in ensuring that our presence at the events properly represents our brand and that our objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities Include
• Coordinating and maintaining our UK event materials
• Coordinate and produce our online events
• Marketing activity with channel partners
• Physical event planning and coordination
• Managing and running locally identified shows, open days, demonstrations, and customer visits
• Coordinate our event approval process
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• You will have a professional qualification in marketing or a related subject
• You will have excellent organisational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive and creative team player
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in marketing and B2B events
• Experience of working with CVENT and ON24 event platforms would be an advantage
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
