About the Role
Asraya is seeking a proactive and polished Marketing & Special Event Coordinator to support our on-ground team during the prestigious 21by72 Startup Summit. This is a freelance, paid opportunity for individuals with a strong grasp of event coordination, lead management, and content creation. If you have experience in brand activations and a knack for audience engagement, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with booth setup, organization, and on-site management throughout the event
Welcome and engage visitors in fluent English, presenting the brand with professionalism
Capture and create real-time content for Instagram stories and reels
Support lead generation by collecting and managing visitor contact details
Coordinate logistics, stock materials, and ensure booth aesthetics are maintained
Provide direct support to the founder and team for various event tasks
Requirements
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
Must be well-groomed and dressed in formal attire during the event
Prior experience in events, marketing, or hospitality preferred
Familiarity with Instagram and social media content creation
Based in or able to commute to Surat for both days of the event
Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented personality
Compensation & Perks
