Job Title: Marketing Events Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are looking for an organized, creative, and results-driven Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events that support Qure.ai's business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong project management skills and experience in organizing both virtual and in-person events
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination:
• Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, including virtual and in-person conferences, webinars, and workshops.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
• Ensure all event materials are prepared, including presentations, brochures, and swag items.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align event strategies with business goals.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
Budget Management:
• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality execution.
• Track event expenses and provide regular reports on budget status.
Promotion & Communication:
• Develop and execute event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
• Manage event promotion across various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and Qure.ai’s website.
Post-Event Analysis:
• Collect feedback and analyze the success of events to measure ROI and gather insights for future events.
• Provide detailed post-event reports, including attendee demographics, engagement, and follow-up actions.
Skills & Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field, ideally in the tech or healthcare industry.
• Proven experience organizing both virtual and in-person events.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in event management software and marketing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Eventbrite, HubSpot).
Other:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed, including weekends and evenings for events.
