The experienced team of BeyondSkool is well poised for its exponential growth and moving towards raising their next round of funding in FY 25.Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing routine marketing activities & its coordination and organizing events to promote our brand. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Head to ensure the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives that drive brand building and engagement.Marketing Coordination Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide the necessary marketing support.Plan and execute marketing activities such as putting the banners, flex boards, and gantry boards at the school.Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, curriculum sheets and ensure effective inventory management of promotional material.Identify and negotiate with the vendor for printing the marketing collaterals and material and successful installation at the school site or any other areas in the city for brand promotion.Event Marketing Responsibilities:Set up and manage promotional stands or booths at own events, industry events, manage the entire event end-to-end from planning to execution.Assist in the planning and execution of outdoor events, including logistics, setup, and teardown.Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, and internal teams to ensure successful executionWork collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to align event related activities with overall marketing goals.Other Responsibilities:Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in outdoor marketing, events, or a similar role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to engage and interact with a diverse range of people.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.Events marketing experience will be a plus.
