Brief Description
We are looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator at our Corporate location. We are seeking a self-motivated and creative individual with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and plan company events, trade shows, open houses, vendor events, etc.
• Maintain event calendar and ensure timely communication of event schedules
• Represent L&S at industry events, networking functions, and community activities as needed.
• Assist with the promotion company events
• Develop relationships with vendors/maintain relationships with clients and community organizations
• Track event expenses and stay within budget while adhering to deadlines
• Create and update company brochures, communications, and other marketing content
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Clear concise communication and feedback on daily or weekly basis to management
Requirements
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM
• Highly organized and task orientated
• 1-2 years of marketing or events experience
• 10-20% travel
Preferred
• Associate’s degree or higher in marketing or a related field
• Project management experience in a creative environment
