We areseeking a proactive and results-drivenMarketing Executive to drive new customer acquisition for ourflexible packaging solutions for all types of liquid and semi liquid ’ food & Beverages, personal care,Household & Cleaning, pooja essentials. This role focuses on attracting brand owners, retailers,and direct consumers, increasing product adoption, and executing digitaland offline marketing campaigns to expand our market presence. The idealcandidate will have experience in consumer marketing and industry-specificpackaging trends.
KeyResponsibilities:
Consumer& Industry Research:
· Conduct market research to understand packagingpreferences, consumer behaviour, and trends in the packaging industries.
· Identify and analyse potential customersegments, such as organic food brands, premium food companies.
· Engage with potential clients through emailmarketing, trade shows, and industry networking.
· Work closely with the sales team to convertleads into long-term customers and optimize the on boarding process.
· Conduct regular field visitsto connect with potential clients, including foodbrands, product manufacturers.
· Establish and maintain relationships with newclients, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business.
· Gather customer feedback to enhance productofferings, design customization, and sustainability initiatives.
· Implement loyalty programs and referralincentives to encourage brand partnerships.
KeyQualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,Printing, Plastic or a related field.2-5 years of experience in consumermarketing, packaging, FMCG, or industry-specific marketing.
· Strong understanding of consumer behaviour,branding, and packaging trends.
