Full job description
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated marketing professional who can represent our institute confidently at seminars, meetings, and events. The role involves business development, seminar coordination, corporate tie-ups, and lead closure in colleges, companies, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate offices to promote our programs.
2. Represent the institute in educational seminars, expos, and investor meets.
3. Build and maintain B2B relations with HRs, training coordinators, and business owners
4. Identify opportunities for partnerships or group training deals
5. Generate leads and ensure timely follow-up and deal closure
6. Coordinate with the in-house team for marketing materials and scheduling
7. Submit daily/weekly reports on field activities and targets
Requirements:
1. Gender: Male or Female
2. Languages: Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English
3. Must be willing to travel extensively
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Confident in handling face-to-face client meetings
6. Strong negotiation & relationship-building ability
7. Must be target-oriented and self-driven
8. Own vehicle preferred (Fuel allowance provided)
+. Experience in education/financial service sales is a bonus
