Our Client is a company engaged in the manufacturing of Speciality Fertilizers and Agrochemicals, catering to both domestic and international markets.
They are looking for Marketing Executive
Office Location: Kurla East, Mumbai
(Outstation candidates are welcome)
Accommodation: Will be provided
Experience: Minimum 3 years of field sales experience
Age: 25–35 years
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates from any sector such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Cement, or allied industries are welcome.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
Should be a well-groomed, confident individual with a pleasing personality.
Must have strong sales and client relationship-building skills.
No technical knowledge required of agriculture or crop nutrition as it will be handled by a separate technical team
Should be target-oriented, persuasive, and adaptable to diverse customer environments.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools preferred.
Job Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain B2B relationships corporate clients, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective market coverage and customer engagement.
Identify potential new customers and business opportunities.
Coordinate with the internal technical team for product demonstrations and client support.
Provide regular updates, MIS reports, and feedback to management.
Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and client interactions.
CTC: ₹6 – ₹8 lakh per annum (depending on right candidate)
