By Morgan Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to take ownership of content across our portfolio of brands. This role looks after Maven by Morgan, Bistro Morgan, Morgan Hipworth personal channels, and Sera Fitzroy, our new speakeasy opening later this year.
This is a hands on content role. The core of the job is shooting and editing high quality photo and video content that feels polished, current, and aligned with each brand’s identity. You’ll be responsible for taking ideas from concept through to final delivery, with a strong focus on social first content.
The role is primarily daytime hours and can be done largely from home, with flexibility to attend shoots, launches, and key moments in Melbourne as needed.
We’re looking for someone with real, professional experience in marketing and content creation. You should be confident shooting and editing on your own, understand what performs on social, and be comfortable working across multiple brands with different tones and audiences. Experience in hospitality, food, lifestyle, or personal brand content is a strong advantage.
All content must be captured on professional equipment. We can supply Canon cameras and standard production gear, however applicants must already know how to confidently use professional cameras, lighting, and audio without training. Alternatively, you are welcome to use your own professional equipment if preferred. This role is not suited to phone-only creators. A strong technical understanding of shooting high quality photo and video content is essential.
You’ll suit this role if you’re organised, self directed, and care about quality. This is not an entry level position. Prior professional marketing or content experience is essential.
