Puthussery Projects Private Limited is looking for a Marketing and PR Executive for its Graamyam initiative.
Graamyam (www.graamyam.com) is an initiative working with Traditional craft communities, particularly of Kerala, India, to develop crafts that suits modern lifestyle, and market it globally through different platforms. We are committed to protect and promote the interests of the communities we work with and also strive to earn maximum value for the crafts we market.

Qualification
• Graduates/ Post-Graduates, preferably in Marketing, Communication or in any Business track courses
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Malayalam. Skills in any other Indian languages will be good
• Basic awareness about Kerala’s cultural scene and traditional crafts
• Well organized with good time management skills
• Excellent inter-personal and relationship building skills
• Ability to work independently, interact with people, and source information
• Acumen to study the audience and pitch marketing communication accordingly
• Positive thinking and “can-do” attitude
• A people person
Job Requirements
• Understand in detail, the products of the company and communities who craft it, to formulate an apt marketing plan
• Formulate a marketing strategy and plan for Graamyam. Marketing strategy/plan to involve digital marketing, influencer marketing, event marketing, and any other modes found suitable for the product set and cause of the company.
• Implement the marketing plan as per agreed timeline
• Travel, as needed, to meet with stakeholders as part of marketing strategy/ plan
• Pro-actively look for marketing opportunities
