Job Description
The creator marketing/partnerships team at From Around works with creators, merchants & influencers across India who are all referred to as our creator partners. This team manages and maintains direct relationships with our key creator partners to ensure that these relationships meet the joint growth objectives of partners and From Around. The team also serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in the context of these relationships.

• Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field of study. Graduation is a must.
• 1+ years experience in sales & business development.
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Office & canva
Key Responsibilities -
• Build a strong network within the ecosystem to identify the top creators/merchants and bring them onto the From Around ecosystem.
• Creating, delivering and managing the complete program of onboarding the creators.
• Helping the creators/merchants in understanding the various platform use cases to showcase their content & sell their products.
• Hustle and develop innovative solutions to fill any emerging gaps in goal achievement.
• Effectively communicate with prospective partners to define their needs and pain points and identify problems and challenges faced.
• Be an internal advocate for partners and suggest product improvement and best practices.
• Work closely with relevant cross-functional teams to persuade key internal stakeholders to persuade the importance of signing a deal with specific partners, by flagging existing and potential hurdles and providing possible solutions and alternatives.
Key Requirements -
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1-year work experience in partnerships, marketing or business development. (Open to freshers)
• Comfortable with cold calling, with the ability to make an initial outreach leveraging his/her personal and professional networks, engage with the partner via video online conference calls and face-to-face meetings, sell our product and services, negotiate terms and sign contracts to close the deal.
• Possess a strong network and connections within the local creator industries, with the ability to continuously build strong pipelines.
• The candidate should have a good understanding of social media, social media marketing, online video platforms and video-oriented social media platforms and their trends. The candidate should know how companies and creators monetize on their respective platforms.
Soft Skill Competencies -
• Fluent business-level language proficiency is required in both spoken/verbal and written English & Hindi (additional regional languages are a bonus).
• Those who like to work in a fast-paced dynamic and agile working environment with sales targets.
• Those who are a self-starter or have an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to contribute to growth while willing to learn and grow with the company at the same time.
• As the position requires deal-making, deal negotiations and contract work, the person should be detail-oriented, with a mature mindset who can efficiently self-determine personal work priorities that are fully aligned with team priorities
