We are looking for Marketing Executive with experience in managing activities who can raise the profile of the Company through the development of active marketing strategies and communication program in line with business objectives.
Your knowledge in marketing design will influence developments within our complete package of websites and you will manage the design, production, and maintenance of all business literature.
The position will require determination and an ability to organize a schedule to promote the range of products that we have available. You will demonstrate excellent technical and communication skills, helping to develop and manage a marketing strategy that supports organizational goals around brand awareness, traffic growth and customer acquisition and retention.

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Assist department in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target.
➢ Coordinate with Director in developing marketing plan and budget.
➢ Analyze sales data and determine sales forecast.
➢ Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities.
➢ Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
➢ Collaborate with Manager to initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans.
➢ Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
➢ Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
➢ Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
➢ Regular Website update and brochure management.
➢ Generate sales and marketing reports to management when needed.
➢ Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.
➢ Position and promote current offerings (hardware, software and connected solutions) services to global customers across ‘Security & Surveillance’, ‘Industrial’ and ‘Automotive’ verticals. Strong engineering background, familiarity and understanding of overall product engineering services is necessary.
➢ Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation resulting in opening new accounts and increased revenue. This involves working with and guiding a team of Research Executives and Inside Sales
➢ Collateral portfolio for new and existing service offerings and products
➢ Inbound and outbound lead generation support
➢ Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
➢ Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
➢ BE in the technology domain and MBA from a premier B-School
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
➢ 1-3 years of experience in product management / product marketing roles for a technology company
➢ Experience in market analysis
➢ Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g., integrated marketing campaigns)
➢ Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, Digital Marketing) ➢ Excellent communication skills
