Role as Sales & Marketing Manager
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing Executive Operate as a central point of contact for facilities management, physical security, and administrative services of Ses in Manage Facilities and other staffing resources that keep an eye on all regional sites' daily operations to ensure client satisfaction Effectively take command, supervise, and immediately communicate all potential issues in housekeeping services. Ensure that all partners and workers at Delhi get the necessary contracts and SLAs in place. Ensure routine inspections are carried out efficiently to ensure that all problems in facility management services are documented and quickly remedied. Assure the proper management of all physical access controls, including card-key systems, permitted access to restricted areas, cameras, alarms, and other physical security systems, throughout Delhi at all times.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree and at least 10+ years of experience in facility management service in a housekeeping agency Strong oral and written communication skills with all organizational levels as well as with external partners and vendors The competence to create reports and presentations, and to offer recommendations, cost-benefit evaluations, and alternative solutions for a housekeeping company. Proven negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management of a Facility Management Service
Responsibilities
Building relationships with clients
Define and execute the marketing strategy and communication activities according to our marketing plan
Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
New marketing ideas with excellent success rate
Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Flexible meetings with internal team and client
Will be responsible to create brand awareness in the respective markets
Generate regional business support information which includes monitoring key competitors, market statistics and trends to support business decision making
About you
Have a sales & marketing background
Experience in a similar position
Ability to work with data and interpret data and prepare meaningful reports to management of the business
Strong interpersonal skills and Quick Learner
Ability to understand client's needs and must be strong in client acquisition
