You will be primarily responsible for working across all teams and building a product strategy to register talented tutors in our new product
Translate our new online tutoring product vision to the community
Collaborating with the tutors to ensure clear understanding and help to register them respectively
Develop a deep understanding of online tutoring, value proposition, competition, target tutors, and target students
Develop online enablement programs by conducting tutoring training sessions mainly to demonstrate the online 1:1 teaching and also the whiteboard capabilities)
Analyze and report monthly on the number of successful tutor registrations
Self-driven, motivated, and passionate individual who is results driven
Can-do attitude, and hands-on approach
