Job Profile:
Sales Strategy and Sales Process Management
Develop annual plans based on achieving above market growth by product line, segment, and territory. Exceed planned performance.
Drive rigorous business processes using DBS; Develop and manage a robust pharma sales funnel to drive customer retention and competitive wins
Define pharma sales strategy for the region, including long term and short-term plans, effective metrics to track progress and rewards programs to drive sustainable growth
Talent Management
Resource development and deployment including hiring, training, and coaching, performance management, talent development programs and reward and recognition.
Leadership
Client engagement through direct as well as in-direct teams
Ensure strong understanding of the marketplace, including competitive accounts and client trends
Ensure sales converstion
Mantain good relations with Dermatologists/Clients

Sales acumen and specific experience in designing and leading sales strategy for the Organization
Strategic Planning and Critical Analysis-
To be organized and be methodical in handling responsibilities and to ensure that accurate and immediate follow-up is done, to respond quickly to needs to the market, and be alert to situations that may be problem causing
Market knowledge and product knowledge
Must be highly efficient and motivating
People management and ability to work under stressmust be a team leader, highly efficient and motivating
Communication Skills –To be able to effectively deal with customers and other stakeholders.
