Job Description:
· Coordinate and oversee campaigns geared at promoting products, services, and causes.
· Adept at a variety of platforms, including print and social media.
Minimum Job Requirements:
· Graduate or Postgraduate (Preference will be given for BBA/MBA with Marketing Specialization)
· 0-3 Years of experience in healthcare sector
· Proven experience as marketing executive or similar
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Own 2-wheeler and Driving license required
· Should have knowledge in digital marketing,
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
· Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
· Proficient in MS Office
· Building long term relationship with the new and existing clients.
· Analyse sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
· Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
· B2B knowledge
· Forecasting sales targets and budget and ensuring they are met by the team
· Achieve the assigned business targets every month
· Travel across Bangalore
· Tie-ups with Insurance companies/TPAs/ Clinics/Nursing Homes etc.
· Identify and meet potential stake holders to get patient referrals
· Design & execute sales strategies for enhancement of revenue through innovative value adds services
