• The employee will be stationed at the retail store and their primary role would be to take customer information, customer feedback, customer calling etc.
• The will be coordinating with the brand managers in terms of marketing related store requirements
• They will be tracking the store walkins on a daily basis
• They will visit the competition brands within the area to see the latest trends in the market
• They will make marketing reports and share with the brand managers
Task List
Daily Updation of walkin sheets in the defined format
To make sure that Feedback is taken in the Tab from every walkin at store
To make sure that Tele calling is done at store end on timely manner. Post calling, the sheet needs to be updated.
To make sure that the prospects Data (Pre-Bills) needs to be added in MD-365 directly.
Customers Birthday/Anniversary celebration at stores.
Weekly meeting with respective reporting manager.
To increase new customers registration at store end
To get max near reviews
To increase Birthday/Annv/ Spouse Birthday redemption %
To get new innovative ideas on table
To make sure that the stores follow the SOP shared with them
Data collection from Local area activities

Location -
Qualification - Any graduate
