Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Shift Timing: Night Shifts (4:30 PM to 7:30 am)
Required Experience: 0-1 years

Job Requirement
The company is looking for freshers as well as experienced personnel (Corporate experience of not more than 2 years) who are interested in building their careers in the field of marketing.
People who are Keen to work night shifts and with US-based clients.
Willing to grow and build knowledge/expertise in IT Domain.
Good knowledge of English is mandatory.
The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of the marketing campaign
Research and develop a marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy.
Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
Manage and allocate budget correctly
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Articulate speaking skills.
Persistent attitude.
Ready to learn attitude.
Excellent CV screening Skills.
Strong Follow up Skills.
Searching resumes through various portals.
Screening & approaching suitable candidates for the right job
Assisting in Carrying out the Onboarding process of selected candidates.
Networking on LinkedIn.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Commerce with specialisation marketing or HR field
0-1 years of experience
Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
Immediate joiners will be preferred
