Role Summary
The incumbent will support BTL Marketing Operation in General Trade and EBO’s. Should be well versed with Media and BTL assets implementation.
Role Responsibilities
• Identifying new regional vendors for POP/POSMs, Retail branding & fixtures like Gondolas, Shop-in-Shop, Counter tops etc.
• Evaluates vendor credentials, negotiates & onboards them with approved rate cards.
• Onsite monitoring & quality check during production and dispatches.
• Conducts recce in coordination with local vendors for faster executions.
• Responsible for implementing display standards across all retail stores.
• Ensuring In-store communication implementation of the brand as per the guidelines.
• Execution of promotions across all the stores in coordination with regional sales team.
• Training on the display planogram & brand guidelines to the regional sales team.
• Auditing the display manual implementation across all stores consistently.
• New store launch support.
• Closely coordinating with vendors/ agencies for on ground dispatches & execution of POPs, In-store branding, and timely deployment at all retail stores.
• Tracks competitors’ activity day-to-day basis and update HO team.
• Reports and Data Management on All BTL Assets and ISB
