Job Description :-
Marketing executive is a person who is able to promote the brand through WhatsApp marketing to reach the client base, build strong relation with Client and build a rapport as well and enable the client to learn more about the brand through WhatsApp and through calls.
Requirements:
• She should be High School, Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experienced candidate will be Preferred.
• English & Hindi is mandatory. (Knowing Punjabi language is an added advantage)
• The candidate should be well versed with the in depth knowledge of whatsapp engagement.
• She should be able to take follow ups, answering calls and good at Customer management.
• Should have great Communication Skills, Language Proficiency is a Must, she should be a good listener.
• Send stocks and price list, product photos to the clients on daily basis.
• Responses of the clients to be written/ noted properly.
• Follow the introduction and sales pitch every single time.
• Reaching out to current clients, calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
• To record the reactions of the customer for the products or services including their details.
• Maintaining the database of the customer on Regular Basis -No travelling required.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
