1 year or more (Marketing) in B2B organisation
Job Role
To support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that align with the overall business goals
To work closely with the Marketing Manager or Director and other members of the marketing, sales, operation and HR team to ensure that marketing efforts are effective in generating leads and driving sales.
Job Responsibility
To assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media marketing, and advertising.
To take pictures and videos of our team/employees & customers so that we can amplify our culture and success.
To assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, product sheets, testimonials, and case studies that are used to promote the organization’s products or services.
To assist in planning and executing events and conferences to showcase the organization’s products or services.
To work closely with the operation, sales, and HR/admin team to ensure that marketing efforts align with sales goals.
To work closely with the agency and manage the organization’s website, social media presence.
To assist with market research, including gathering data on customer needs, preferences, and behaviours.
To ensure that all marketing efforts align with the brand guidelines within the office, events, collaterals, and digital space.
Candidate Specifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent in email communication.
Experience and understanding of at least one of the marketing contents like case-studies, testimonials, whitepaper, e-books, lead generation scripts.
Excellent skills in Microsoft office and Google documents
Skills to take unique and interesting shots for photos, audios and videos.
Knowing how to properly use and maintain Smartphone or other cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting, and other equipment.
Knowledge of various social media platforms and collaborations platform for webinars and podcasts.
Proactive and should be organised and detail oriented.
