We are looking for someone creative, analytical and enthusiastic to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for all client communications & social media management.
Location: Khar West, Mumbai
Working Days: 6 days (Monday-Saturday)

Zinque is Mumbai's Finest Patisserie, serving gourmet confectionary products, known for its premium
quality & luxury designs. At Zinque, we focus on sourcing the finest of ingredients from around the
country. We make our own fillings, compotes, caramel, pralines, & everything in house. All products
are handmade by our pastry chefs, in small batches & baked fresh every morning.

to provide exceptional products and top-notch service to our customers. We work hard & we love

Responsibilities
• Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
• Send out cold emails and cold calls to schedule meetings with potential clients of the company.
• Coordinate with different teams: Design, Packaging, Operations.
• Generate innovative ideas for promotions, campaigns, and events to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.
• Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
• Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Creating engaging content on social media : reels, creatives and statics.
• Constantly work towards increasing the following and engagement of social handles.
• Design creatives using Canva.
• Assist with Operations as & required
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Creative thinking & problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
